Buy Rare Genes

Some genes in the game are only available to purchase for real money (except rare special occasions when they are available in the gene modification lab for a limited time) and require a license to breed. Intact horses carrying these genes cannot be purchased from other players unless you have purchased the license in the past. (Subsection for each gene?)
